My name is Kushtrim and I am the chef and the owner of the Copper Kitchen.
I have been working as a chef for 10 years before opening Copper Kitchen in 2014.

Food is my passion and making people welcome and looking after them is in my nature.
I live locally with my family and always try and engage with the local community.

I try and use local produce as much as I can and always use our local butchers.

We pride ourselves for consistently providing beautiful food and service that goes well with the charm of building and makes for a cosy and warm welcome for everyone.
